Progress is always adjusted to each senior. Coaches progress exercises only when it is safe and comfortable to do so.

Programme questions
Is Fit Kaki suitable if I have never done strength training before?
Yes. Fit Kaki is designed for seniors who may be new to strength training. Our coaches guide each movement step by step and help you start at a suitable pace.
How often should I attend?
The Strength Age Signature programme is designed for 2 sessions per week over 12 weeks.
How many people are in each session?
At our Eunos studio, sessions are typically capped at 5 seniors per coach. Selected community locations may run with up to 6 seniors depending on space and setup.
Can I join the programme directly?
Yes. You can join the 12-week Strength Age Signature programme directly. Your Strength Age Assessment will be completed during your first session.
