We recommend a minimum of 2 sessions per week for the best results in building strength, improving balance, and maintaining independence.

Your free Strength Age Assessment is a strength and frailty assessment to find out your baseline before you begin working towards your goals.

Our trainers are experienced in working with seniors and will tailor exercises based on your abilities. For certain medical conditions, we may require a doctor’s clearance before starting the program to ensure your safety.

Yes, we welcome family or caregivers to sit in during your trial or sessions if it makes you feel more comfortable.
